The 380 Sensio machine is a basic 3-axis solution, specially designed to facilitate staircase and fitting work. Its 3,000 mm table is suitable for most projects, while a 5,000 mm table is recommended for manufacturing stair stringers. Versatile and ergonomic, the 380 Sensio enables precise and efficient work for joinery and fitting workshops.

This machine features a tilting 4th axis offering two operating modes: a fixed 4th axis with 4 positions for machining on the four faces of a rectangular workpiece, and a tilting 4th axis allowing machining at any angle for edges, notches, or drilling. It is equipped with a laser point positioning system, facilitating precise placement of suction cups and indicating the exact contour of the workpiece to be machined.

Several options are available to extend its capabilities: 2-D laser for advanced positioning, zero point system consisting of a removable or pneumatic square, 5 additional positions on the tool changer, and additional aggregate for specific operations.

With a power of 7.5 kW and travels of 3,000 or 5,000 mm on the X-axis, 800 or 950 mm on the Y-axis, and 380 mm on the Z-axis, the 380 Sensio allows working on a wide variety of workpieces. The 4th axis rotation is adjustable to 0 / 90 / 180 / 270° in fixed positions, or 0 to 360° for complete orientation, offering maximum flexibility for machining operations.
