The DEF 100 manual router is a versatile machine designed for precise machining of stair stringers and posts. It stands out for its ability to handle a wide range of woodworking tasks, such as manufacturing doors, windows, or furniture, as well as producing structural carpentry components. Thanks to its motor, which tilts up to 90°, and its table, which rotates ±65°, the DEF 100 enables complex “5-axis” machining while providing excellent precision and significantly reducing machining time.

This machine is equipped with a 4 kW motor with an adjustable speed range of 0 to 18,000 RPM, ensuring power suitable for all types of wood. Its vacuum or cylinder clamping system ensures perfect workpiece hold during machining, while the brakes on the X and Y axes guarantee optimal precision. The machining travel reaches 1,100 mm on the X-axis and 900 mm on the Y-axis, providing great flexibility for workpieces of various sizes.

The tilting table facilitates positioning of the workpieces, and the control interface is simple and intuitive, allowing for fast and efficient operation. A dust extraction hood with a 100 mm diameter and a 16 m³/h vacuum pump complete the equipment, ensuring clean and safe operation.

Several options are available depending on your needs: a front vacuum bar for door grooving and a copy finger for profiling work.
