The 1000 Speedo machine is a 3 or 4-axis industrial CNC machining center, designed for machining a wide variety of joinery products. Its standard version, with 1,000 mm of transverse machining, is suitable for the majority of common applications, while an extended version at 1,200 mm is available for operations requiring additional width, particularly for door machining.

It can be equipped with a tilting 4th axis, added by integrating an independent horizontal motor ensuring full power during machining. This 4th axis is essential for operations on the edges of workpieces, such as machining tenons and mortises, drilling balusters in stringers, or drilling stainless steel tubes in posts. This configuration makes the machine particularly suited to fitting, staircase and fine joinery work.

The linear tool changer, fixed and positioned at the end of the table, offers 9 slots, allowing quick and efficient changes between different operations. The point positioning laser, installed near the machining head, precisely indicates where to place the fixing suction cups and the contour to be machined, ensuring fast and reliable positioning of workpieces.

Among the available options, the 1000 Speedo can be equipped with a 2-D laser, a pneumatic zero point system for automatic workpiece positioning, or a drilling rail to increase machining speeds.

With a motor power of 7.5 kW, the 1000 Speedo offers travels of 5,000 or 6,000 mm on the X-axis, 1,000 or 1,200 mm on the Y-axis, and 400 mm on the Z-axis. The tilting 4th axis allows a rotation from –90° to +90°, ensuring great flexibility in drilling, notching and complex machining operations.
